At Sweet Chocolate Sisters, Delights & Bites LLC, each order is handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies before placing your order.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order.
Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due:
3-5 days prior for standard/custom orders.
2 weeks prior for weddings, tiered cakes, and large events.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital transfer.
Delivery & Pick-Up
Pick-Up: Available from our boutique bakery during business hours.
Orders are carefully packaged for safe transport.
Local Delivery: Available within a 15 - mile radius with fees ranging from $10 - $25 depending on distance.
Minimum order for delivery: $40
Special Event Delivery: Tiered cakes, dessert tables, and strawberry towers may require special handling and/or set-up fees.
Once desserts leave our care (upon delivery or pick-up), Sweet Chocolate Sisters, Delights & Bites is not responsible for damage due to transport, storage, or handling.
Cancellation & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable, but if cancellation is made 7+ days prior, the deposit may be credited toward a future order.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will forfeit the deposit.
Changes to sizes, flavors, or designs must be requested before the final payment due date.
Storage & Care
All desserts should be stored according to provided instructions (refrigerated, room temperature, etc.)
Some items (e.g., tiered cakes, strawberry towers) require same day serving for optimal freshness.
